Additional information:
- Lead time: for personalised order at least 2 working days, contact us via WhatsApp for urgent order
- All of our balloons are best used on the day of delivery/collection as balloons will deflate over time. Strong recommend to collect your helium balloons on the event date
- Orbz balloon can float up to weeks, 11" latex balloon approx 10 hours depending on the storing environment, weather condition/temperature and handling method
- Please indicate delivery/self collection date and time, we will follow up to confirm your delivery/collection time slot. Please place order at least 2 working days prior to your event date
