- 4 sides of the box will not open up
- Recommend to opt for delivery with us due to the size of the giant box (70cmx70cmx100cmH) can only be transported by van, trolley required

- All of our balloons are best used on the day of delivery/collection as balloons will deflate over time. Strong recommend to collect your helium balloons on the event date
- Floating time for 24" Bubble Balloon 3 days up to a week (deflate over the time), Side balloons (11" latex balloon) approx 8-10 hours only depending on the storing environment, weather condition/temperature and handling method
- Bubble balloons are made from a clear stretchy plastic (not latex) and once inflated are perfectly clear
